welcome to opium junk. by accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General terms

these terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the opium junk website. we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.

by placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Products

we make and sell our own clothing collections throughout the year. during the winter season, we also offer a selection of one-of-one vintage leather jackets.

we make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

some of our products may feature processes such as acid washing, distressing, fading, or other treatments that naturally result in variations between pieces. these variations are considered part of the design and are not considered defects.

our one-of-one vintage leather jackets are individually sourced and available in a single quantity. because of their nature, each jacket is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece once sold.

3. Pricing & Payments

all prices displayed on our website are listed in PKR, unless stated otherwise.

we reserve the right to change product prices at any time. however, once an order has been successfully confirmed, the price of that order will not be changed.

currently, all orders are placed through cash on delivery (COD). after an order is placed, our team may contact the customer by phone or message to confirm the order and delivery details before it is dispatched.

4. Orders

customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.

please carefully review your information before completing your purchase. opium junk is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

an order is only considered confirmed once the customer has been contacted and the order has been confirmed by opium junk.

we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to, stock availability issues, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

for one-of-one items, including vintage leather jackets, an order cannot be replaced with another identical item if the original piece becomes unavailable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

orders will be processed and dispatched according to the shipping information provided on our website.

delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside of opium junk’s direct control.

customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive their parcel and that the provided delivery information is correct.

6. Returns & Refunds

opium junk only accepts returns and refunds in cases where a product received by the customer is confirmed to be defective.

customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their parcel and provide the required proof of the defect.

7. Product Defects & Damage

a product will only qualify as defective if the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing or product defect.

damage caused after delivery, including damage resulting from improper use, washing, alterations, accidents, or general wear, will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

opium junk reserves the right to review and determine whether a reported issue qualifies for a return or refund under our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

all content on the opium junk website, including our name, logo, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content, and other visual materials, belongs to opium junk or is used with permission.

this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from opium junk.

9. Website Use

customers agree not to misuse the opium junk website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where necessary.

10. Website Availability

we aim to keep our website available and functioning properly at all times. however, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely free from errors.

we may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons when necessary.

any personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

12. Circumstances Outside Our Control

opium junk will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, technical issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

these terms and conditions are subject to the laws applicable to opium junk and its operations in Pakistan.

any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products will be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.
