at opium junk, we only accept returns, refunds, and exchanges in cases where the product received is genuinely defective.

if you receive a defective piece, you must email us at opiumjunk2@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos showing the defect. any defect reported after this 3-day period will not be accepted, as the item may have been worn or used after delivery.

once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange to have the product collected through our own courier service. refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15 business days after the defect has been confirmed.

returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for issues such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, personal preference, minor differences in appearance, damage caused after delivery, or general wear after the product has been received.

acid wash shirts

please note that our acid wash shirts are individually washed to create a unique, distressed finish. because of the nature of this process, every shirt will have its own variations in colour, fading, marks, and overall appearance. no two pieces are expected to look exactly the same.

these natural variations are part of the design and will not be considered defects or grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

once your order has been confirmed by opium junk, delivery can take approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the destination city and other factors that may affect the courier service.

we currently deliver all across Pakistan.

delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

delivery attempts

before delivering your order, our courier partner will contact you using the phone number provided with your order. please make sure your phone number is correct and that you are available to receive the parcel.

the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. if the parcel cannot be delivered after these attempts due to no response or failure to receive the order, it will be returned to opium junk.

repeatedly placing orders and failing to receive them without a valid reason may be considered misuse of our services. in such cases, opium junk reserves the right to restrict or block the customer from placing future orders.
